Arts in the Park - a festival in Witton Park run by Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council. Action Factory provide the participatory arts element of the festival with 'make and take' workshops. In 2004 the workshops ran along the theme of birds, with a large withe pigeon being contributed to by many children, young people and adults. The workshops culminated in a procession on the final day.
