Action Factory along with Zumamedia Arts were commissioned by the Local Strategic Partnership to canvas the opinions, ideas and aspirations of young people aged 0 to 19 years old. Using the arts and media as a way of engaging in a genuine way with young people, their views were expressed and covered all the topic areas in the Every Child Matters framework. Four DVDs and an exhibition of photographs were made to be shown to people to inform policy considerations within the Children and Young People's Strategic Partnership, the LSP and to trigger discussion within service provider forums
