Training sessions were held for volunteers and arts workers in mask making for the community theatre production of Robin Hood. The training sessions, funded by Blackburn with Darwen Community Chest Grants, were an opportunity for volunteers and arts workers to learn new skills and help to make costumes for young people to wear in the community performance.
All the volunteers enjoyed taking part in the training sessions and many of them went on to help out further with Robin Hood, helping to make other costumes and assisting arts workers at the festival where the show was shown.
