Over the past twenty years we have developed a strong skills and knowledge base within the company and regularly deliver skills based training to other professionals and community groups. For example Activity toolbag sessions for youth workers, INSET days for teachers and training in using the arts as a tool for consultation.

Providing training for artists who want to work in the participatory sector is an increasingly important area of the company's work. An increased demand for skilled arts professionals has led the company towards developing a series of training modules. We are committed to exploring this area of work with other partners throughout the region.

The V-Train course we can run enabled us to explore essential skills, knowledge and attitudes required by effective arts pratitioners and to develop training linked to those competences.
